My Samsung refrigerator had an ice bin that has been freezing up for years. I just chatted with Samsung and they sent this company out to fix it for free - out of warranty. I highly recommend reaching out to Samsung to get your fixed too!The service technician that came out was very professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. He was also on time and very courteous.

The $fee for the examination of the cause service was reasonable without question. I have stored this company, Unique Repair Services in my phone.& I will pass this number to everyone I know that needs a repair service. Hopefully I don't need a repair 😊, but if I do I am definitely calling them 1st.

While I have very high reservations for and about Samsung I can only state that Unique Repair and specifically ROBERT is the utmost professional and kind. I am very satisfied with both his visits to my home and his deep knowledge and experience showed in his attention to the issues. I would go on about Samsung but suffice to say, for what happened to my fridge, Unique Repair could not possibly done a better job at handling it. And Robert is a class act. Thanks guys. Now if only Samsung would make a better fridge.
Our Samsung oven/microwave combo went out less than 2 months after installation. Frankie from unique came out. Very professional. He seen other things wrong my unit and ordered the necessary parts. Came back a week later and got everything working. Him and his company 5stars. Samsung 0. Avoid Samsung products at all cost!!

I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator and Samsung sent Unique Repair out to look at it. All the staff was very friendly and follow-ups were frequent. They were upfront with what the fees would initially be. Kevin the technician was very thorough and checked everything that I had questions about. He was also very knowledgeable about tips and tricks for preserving my appliances when the power goes out.I would definitely use them again.

I’ve had 2 other prior handyman come take a look at my refrigerator. Both of them were very vague about what was going on to the point that I didn’t even know if what they were saying was legit. Brandon was different. He was not in a rush at all and took all the necessary steps to diagnose what was wrong with our fridge AND explained it to me step by step. I bought a brand new dryer that was installed by the company but it doesn't work. He came out and determined that the dryer had been damaged during installation by the company. It was not repairable but he did do the paperwork for me to get a replacement dryer as soon as possible.
Brandon repaired leak and replaced freezer unit. Very thorough about cleaning up water leaking on floor, etc. Did water test. I gave him 5 stars for everything which he was so deserving of
